Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead the Business team in executing business and marketing initiatives.

  • Minimum Qualification: BSc. in Marketing or related field with proven work experience in Business Development Capacity
  • Experience Level: Top-Level
  • Experience length: 8 --10 Years

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Building effective working relationships with community partners and relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer need
  • Establish partnerships with government, organized private sector, manufacturing companies, etc.
  • Identifies and generates prospects through marketing strategies that focus on potential customers in target markets.
  • Develops and presents relevant business proposals. Penetrate specific markets within established timeframes
Job Requirements
  • BSc. in Marketing or related field with proven work experience in business development capacity
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in business development
  • Construction industry experience is an advantage
  • Proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent targeting and prospecting skills within the construction industry
